Poudre Canyon Training and Meeting Schedules:

Fire training schedule 2013:

Team,
Here it is, the much awaited Training Calendar for 2013.  Please make note in your personal calendars.  I have copied the folks who schedule events at the buildings and our webmaster.  Thank you all.  Here is our training calendar for the year.

You will note, we have stacked up more weekend training days in the spring, leaving summer for weeknight training events.  Please take note of times and locations.  This list of training events is for the whole department, with one exception, the ice rescue class.  That is not mandatory for all, but if you have an interest, you should definitely attend.  It is a very fun class.  If you took the class last time (two years ago) to maintain your IR Tech status the class is required.  This class, due to ice conditions, will be done in Fort Collins.  This is the only class that will be held out of our district.  (note- other classes offered by other agencies will be in other districts.)

Also note, the Extrication Class is currently scheduled for Shambhala, but there may be a conflict with classroom space.  So we may either split the class with classroom at Station 2 and cutting at Shambhala, or we may do the whole thing at station 2 if we can get cars brought to and taken from.  So, stay tuned for details on that one.

Because any time more than two board members are present or two board members and a fire/EMS volunteer are present could be construed as a meeting of the board, we need to make sure the meetings are posted 72 hours in advance.  Therefore, we are posting notices of any event where 2 or more board members might be present.  Click here for that list.
